not turn 55 years of age at the time of the invitation to apply for the visa, unless the State or Territory government agency has determined your business will be of exceptional economic benefit

have a successful business career and a genuine desire to continuously own and manage a business in Australia.
had an ownership interest in one or more main businesses that had an annual turnover of not less than AUD 500,000 in at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before the time of invitation to apply for the visa
provide evidence that you maintained direct and continuous involvement in management of the business from day to day and in making decisions affecting the overall direction and performance of the business for 2 of the 4 fiscal years before we invited you to apply
You, your partner, or you and your partner together, have total net business and personal assets of at least AUD800,000
have had no history of involvement in business or investment activities that are of a nature that is not generally acceptable in Australia
either have at least functional English or pay the second instalment of the visa application charge if any applicant aged 18 or over at the time of application
